About the East Williamsburg CSA
Our 2015 CSA Season will run from from June 6th to October 31st. Sign ups for our vegetable shares are NOW OPEN.
Hearty Roots Farm provides fresh, seasonal vegetables and eggs to our CSA. All vegetables are grown using organic farming practices. Their flock of laying hens are pasture-raised and eat non-GMO feed. For the 2015 season, the prices for vegetables are:
Vegetables Full-Share: $544.50 for 22 weeks of vegetables
Vegetables Half-Share: 275.00 forr 11 weeks of vegetables

Sfoglini Pasta You will receive a bi-weekly share (1 pound of pasta, 11 deliveries total) of freshly made, artisnal pasta in several shapes and flavor varieties.Sign-ups for this delicious pasts are also open by clicking HERE
We are still waiting on final pricing and start dates for our fruit, eggs, and meat/dairy shares. We will announce when they open, so please sign up on our mailing list if you are interested. In the mean time, feel free to learn more about our providers:
Montgomery Place Orchards grows berries, plums, apricots, peaches, pears, and apples for our members from July-November.
Cochran Dairy Farm yogurt, milk, pork and beef provider. Sign up for those shares directly through their website. Be sure to choose "East Williamsburg CSA" to see the available options.
Our distribution is on Saturdays from 10AM - 1PM at the Red Shed Community Garden at 266 Skillman Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Members are required to work one, two-hour volunteer shift per household, per season.
