Community Supported agriculture

The East Williamsburg CSA connects members of our community to organic, sustainable farms in the Hudson Valley. Members of the East Williamsburg CSA share in the risks and the rewards of the farm, providing the farmers with much needed capital at the beginning of the growing season and reaping the rewards of the harvest. The East Williamsburg CSA aims to support local agriculture, encourage eating a diverse selection of the freshest produce, and provide a better value than going to the farmer’s market.

MINERVA’S EMPANADAS

Empanadas

Minerva's Empanadas are offering a frozen empanada share, which are made from a family recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation. The name "Minerva's Empanadas" comes from the matriarch of the family, Minerva Guaitoto, who is from El Choco in the Pacific region of Colombia. The empanadas are made from scratch using all fresh quality ingredients and frozen so that you can enjoy them from the comfort of your home whenever you'd like. They’re made with a corn shell so all are gluten-free and a variety of meat, vegetarian and vegan flavors will be available.
